This increased demand has resulted in a delayed response time to all enquiries. The IS Portal team are working hard to resolve all enquires and respond accordingly, but it will take time for them to catch up with demand.
Your Inclusion Professional may be able to help you resolve simple IS Portal issues, so please try contacting your Inclusion Professional directly for assistance, before you phone or email the IS Portal helpdesk. If the issue is a technical problem outside the scope of the Inclusion Professional, they will support you to escalate your enquiry through the correct channels as quickly as possible.
